To provide the best care for you and your pet, I travel directly to your home. But please understand that transport matters:
🚗 Standard Residential Units:
A flat $15 transport charge applies.
🏞️ Industrial Areas, Resorts, and Inaccessible Locations (e.g. farms, chalets, private retreats, or anywhere without direct public transport):
Transport fee will be charged based on prevailing taxi/grab rates, both to and from your location.
